Taekwondo
Geup, poom and dan grades for Kukkiwon/WT or ITF clubs, with the gradings, timetable and billing attached.
Why ClubEasy
Start from a Kukkiwon/WT or an ITF template, then adjust it. The two systems name and order their grades differently and the software keeps them apart.
Under-15s hold poom rather than dan. That distinction is part of the ladder, so a junior black belt is recorded as what they actually hold.
Attach the poomsae or tul, step sparring and theory each grade needs, and track who has been signed off on what.
Grading
See who has met the time-at-grade and attendance requirements, build the candidate list, print sheets, then promote the whole grading in one pass with certificates and grade history updated automatically.
FAQ
No. One gym, one subscription, as many disciplines as your plan allows. Each art gets its own programs, classes and grading ladder inside the same account, and members can train across all of them.
Yes, and you're meant to. Templates are a starting point. You can rename ranks, reorder them by drag and drop, add or remove them, and set your own time-in-grade, minimum age and syllabus for each one.
Leave the program unlinked from any ladder. Striking, wrestling, conditioning, yoga and open mat all run as attendance-only: registers, bookings and reminders work exactly the same, there's just no belt attached.
No. You connect your own Stripe, Square, GoCardless or Pin Payments account and your members' money goes straight to you. We charge a flat monthly subscription for the software and nothing else.
Import members from a CSV, belts and all. If a belt name isn't recognised the row is reported rather than silently reset, so nobody lands on white by accident.
The member portal runs in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and Russian, including right-to-left layout for Arabic. Members pick their own — it doesn't have to match the gym's.
