MMA
Striking, grappling, wrestling and conditioning on one timetable, with one membership behind them.
Why ClubEasy
A fighter training striking on Monday and BJJ on Wednesday is one member on one membership, not three records you have to reconcile.
If your BJJ classes award belts, link just those classes to the BJJ ladder. Striking and conditioning stay attendance-only, and BJJ belts only count BJJ mat time.
Run invite-only camps alongside open classes, cap the numbers, and see who has actually been turning up in the weeks before a fight.
Attendance only
MMA has no ranking system, so ClubEasy doesn't invent one. Classes run on attendance, and the only ranks in your gym are the ones your grappling programs genuinely award.
FAQ
No. One gym, one subscription, as many disciplines as your plan allows. Each art gets its own programs, classes and grading ladder inside the same account, and members can train across all of them.
Yes, and you're meant to. Templates are a starting point. You can rename ranks, reorder them by drag and drop, add or remove them, and set your own time-in-grade, minimum age and syllabus for each one.
Leave the program unlinked from any ladder. Striking, wrestling, conditioning, yoga and open mat all run as attendance-only: registers, bookings and reminders work exactly the same, there's just no belt attached.
No. You connect your own Stripe, Square, GoCardless or Pin Payments account and your members' money goes straight to you. We charge a flat monthly subscription for the software and nothing else.
Import members from a CSV, belts and all. If a belt name isn't recognised the row is reported rather than silently reset, so nobody lands on white by accident.
The member portal runs in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and Russian, including right-to-left layout for Arabic. Members pick their own — it doesn't have to match the gym's.
