How it works

Everything a BJJ curriculum needs

Log techniques after every class

After each session, instructors spend 30 seconds selecting which techniques they taught. Those selections are saved against the class — and automatically flow into the exposure record of every student who attended.

Personal heatmap for every member

Each member gets a visual heatmap showing how many times they've been exposed to every technique in the library. Low-exposure areas are immediately visible — great for identifying gaps in a student's curriculum.

409 canonical techniques

The library covers 409 techniques across guard passing, sweeps, submissions, takedowns, escapes, back takes, leg locks, and no-gi specific positions. Comprehensive enough that you'll rarely need to add custom techniques.

Gi and no-gi

Techniques are tagged as gi, no-gi, or both. Members who train exclusively no-gi see a heatmap filtered to their discipline. Instructors can view the library by modality when planning classes.

Instructor skill assessments

Beyond exposure counts, instructors can assess a student's proficiency on any technique on a 1–5 scale. These assessments integrate with the promotion criteria system — require a minimum average skill score before a student can be considered for their next belt.

Retroactive logging

Log techniques for any past class. Attendance records are already in the system — just select which techniques were covered and the heatmaps for every attending student update automatically.

Per-member data

What ClubEasy tracks for every student

Every piece of technique data is stored per-member, not just per-class. That means every student has their own exposure history — visible to instructors and to the member themselves in the portal.
